Welcome to The Beatitude Scholarship Fund ("TBSF," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
By using TBSF's website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent. Your use of our services signifies your agreement to these terms.
For primary and secondary school applicants, all application forms must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the applicant. This ensures accuracy and compliance with our requirements. Applications submitted directly by students in these categories may not be accepted.
For tertiary-level applicants, students may complete the application form themselves. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
Applicants must be admitted into the department they selected during their JAMB application process. If an applicant has not yet received admission, they must reapply with their admission letter once available.
TBSF only accepts one student per family. If a sibling has already applied, additional applications from the same family will not be processed.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are owned by TBSF or used with proper authorization. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, will also govern your use of our services.
All givings made to TBSF are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. By giving, you agree that your funds will be used at TBSF's discretion to support our programs and beneficiaries.
TBSF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. We provide our services "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
