Duties Duties: As a Media Manager, my primary focus is to maintain TBSF's online presence. I have developed TBSF website from version 1 to version 3 (current version), ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our mission. I continuously update and refine the website to meet the needs of our audience, providing a seamless experience that reflects the organization’s goals and values.
In addition to website management, I oversee the organization’s social media presence by creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written materials. I develop strategies to maximize reach, monitor performance metrics, and adjust campaigns to enhance engagement.
Part of my responsibilities also includes traveling to visit university students to assess their academic progress and personal well-being. During these visits, I provide guidance, offer support, and address any concerns to ensure that students are thriving both academically and personally.
