Duties Duties: As an academic advisor, I assist students with academic planning, course selection, and progress monitoring, while helping them balance academics with personal and extracurricular commitments. I provide guidance on scholarship requirements, career planning, and skill-building for job readiness, and support students in navigating institutional policies and available resources. Additionally, I maintain academic records, intervene with at-risk students, and collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive support. I also visit students at their universities to assess progress and address academic or personal concerns.
